Rise brings together employers of all sizes in the UK

Our overall aim is to improve social mobility by helping young people develop the skills that businesses need.

Our vision

Equipping the hardest to reach young people with the skills they need to succeed in life and work.

Rise aims to achieve this vision in two main ways:

Delivery of skills workshops, linked to the curriculum, for schools in areas of low social mobility, supported by employer volunteers.

Freely downloadable resources for teachers to use in lessons, that link curriculum subjects, to skills development and careers.
