Email Faux Pas: Students take on the role of a Team Manager who has welcomed a new apprentice to the administration department. The team leader has seen that the new staff member has recently sent out an ‘all staff’ email, that has not used the right tone and language. This has provided an opportunity for the Team Manager to mentor the new staff member to be able to construct a new email, using appropriate and formal language.
